Hi! I'm moving out of this house so we are looking for a new flatmate to replace me.

It's a spacious double room on the second floor of a house in Colindale, less than 5 minutes walk to the underground station (Northern Line).

The room has a couple of wardrobes and there's a table/desk and a chair. The room has huge windows so plenty of light during the day.

The room is on the second floor, there are other two people living upstairs with whom you will be sharing a bathroom. All the bedrooms downstairs are ensuite so no queue for the toilet upstairs. People in the house spend most of their time in their rooms so not much socialising and it's a pretty quiet house.

The rent is £680 pcm and it includes bills. Deposit is £680 to be paid upfront to the landlord and the rent on the day of moving in. Room available from May 15th, can move in a couple of days later if needed.
