The house is located in on Acklington Drive - a quiet street as there is no passing traffic. Excellent road links to the A41, the North, M1, A1, and the A406.
It takes about 10 min to walk to Colindale and Burnt Oak tube stations on the Edgware branch of the Northern Line. Journey time into central London (Kings Cross) takes around 20 minutes.
The nearest shopping areas are Burnt Oak and Colindale – where you will find ASDA, Tesco and all the usual high street restaurants, pubs and shops. Also a bus ride away from the Mill Hill Coffee shops and cafes
Local buses are 292, 142, 303, 32 and 204; going to: Borehamwood, Watford, Stanmore, Edgware, Burnt Oak, Mill Hill, Hendon, Brent Cross, Cricklewood, Kilburn, Kingsbury and Wembley. Plus night buses N5 (from Trafalgar Square) and N16 (from Victoria).
Very close to Middlesex university too.
We would require a one month security deposit and rent is payable monthly in advance.
One month notice is required should you wish to move on.
