The house is situated in a quiet road, which is just an 8 minute walk to Colindale tube station (Northern line Zone 4) and 15 minutes from Hendon over ground station. It is a 5 minute walk to the high street with numerous bars, restaurants/cafes, shops, etc and bus routes straight into central London with good night time services.

The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, twin oven, microwave) and separate utility room (washing machine ect).

In addition, there is a downstairs toilet, dining area, front room, very large garden and driveway that can accommodate off street parking.
