Small double in great house!

Your room

YOUR ROOM
Is a small double bedroom on the first floor, sharing a large bathroom with a bath with me. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the housemate leaving can sell his bed frame and mattress.

THE HOUSE
Has a downstairs bathroom with shower that the housemate downstairs uses/guests. There's a separate living area with a pull out couch we use for guests and a TV - though we only have access to my Netflix, Prime, Disney+. We have a shared dining and kitchen space that has a small walk in pantry. The garden is quite big with a small bbq, seating and hammock.

THE BILLS
Aren't included and come to about £150 (give or take summer/winter and usage) and include council tax, water, internet, gas, electric and cleaner.

THE HOUSEMATES
I'm 34 and work in marketing, from home 50% of the time. Virag will be 30 by the time you move in and works in fashion, also 50% from home. We both work in our rooms. We're both very friendly, clean, tidy and respect boundaries.
