About the place:
- Move in 19th June
- Ensuite bedroom
- Furnished
- Secure residential development with Lift access
- Balcony
- Built in wardrobes
- Concierge service (07:00-15:00)
- Bills £150 usually per month (council tax makes up £85 per person)
- Closest station is Shadwell DLR & overground 10min walk / walk 3 min and catch 135 bus from commercial st to Liverpool st 10min

About the process:
- will need to join the lease via foxtons and will need 1st month rent and deposit.
- can leave at anytime but will need to find a replacement.

About me:
I’m Jo, 32 year old gal from
Australia and work in tech in central london. Usually work 3 days from home. In my spare time I really enjoy swimming, reading, travelling, watching films and the occasional trash tv. I also will have a small family dog which visits from time to time.

About you:
I’m looking for someone who is relaxed, responsible and who is also a working professional. I’m a bit of an extrovert so ideally the person should be sociable and open to enjoying dinner every now and then but also should be respectful of each other’s downtime. You should also be able to pass the referencing and be okay with dogs.
