Long term room, Move in ASAP

Hi guys and girls,

The official interview is held on Sunday, 10th August, 2014 but i am also free in the evening of 06/08. Please drop me a message if you are interested.

I am leaving my flat asap and i need someone to replace my room. It's a single room which come with a wardrobe, a bookself, table and chair and a single bed. You will share kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms (one on each floor)so you dont need to worry about the messy in the morning. The house recently has been decorated.

The house located in the end of zone 1 and 2, one stop from Bank and Tower Gateway. bus 15, 115, 135, N15 are in frond of the house. Quite convinient location.

In term of the housemates, there are 3 girls (Kenya-German, Spain and English) and 1 Italian guys in the house. Sometimes we hangout in the kitchen but we also understand that each person had their own private time. As a cosmospolitan house, we want to maintain "No same nationality" in the house. So, I must say sorry to all interviewee from Italia, Spain, Kenya. English still open for consideration.(Scotish, Walesish, Irish are welcome in the house).

If you move in to replace me, you will be the person in charge of topping-up the electricity then everyone will pay you back. It's better for a professional to move in because the council tax will be not deducted for the student. So please considering before moving in.

The room is 422 quids per month itself plus bills. It is 40-60 pounds(including electricity, water, TV licience, council tax, boardband)
