Double room in warm friendly spacious 3 bedroom flat with a garden in a quiet building.

The Flat:
2 floor flat: large living room, big kitchen, garden on the ground floor, fair sized bathroom on the first floor and independent toilets. The flat is fully furnished and comes with phone, internet, TV, HIFI.
It’s located 5 minutes from Limehouse DLR station and 10 minutes from shadwell DLR and OVERGROUND station, and surrounded by amenities (tesco express @ 10 min, Lidl @ 20 min...).

The housemates:
We are two professionals in our late twenties and have been living in London for the last three years. We are outgoing, and friendly, we like our quiet evenings as much as a late one in the middle of the week.

You:
you’ll be a professional, preferably between 25 and 35, who is warm, friendly, good energy, tidy and easygoing.

The practical stuff:
The rent is £550 per month, bills not included.
Bills are on average £55/month (phone, internet, water, and council tax) and depending on the season, £60 to a £120 per quarter (electricity and gas).
