2 Double Rooms in East London House

Two housemates are needed in our lovely Victorian townhouse. It is in Arbour Square just off of commercial road, within walking distance of 4 tube stations (Limehouse 6 mins, Shadwell 10 mins, Stepney Green 15mins & White Chapel 15 mins). Just a 20 min walk from Brick Lane and a 10 min walk from Limehouse basin and the canal which leads up past Victoria Park.

The House
Gorgeous Victorian mid terrace house split over 3 floors. With 2 bedrooms and a toilet in the basement, the kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor and two further bedrooms upstairs. There's also a big garden perfect for BBQ's.

The Rooms
One small double and one large double are up for rent in the lower 'basement' floor. Both have low ceilings so definitely worth seeing in person.

Small double room, £685 + £90 bills per month. Double bed, headboard and chest of drawers in room.

Large double room £700 + £90 bills per month. Double bed, headboard, chest of drawers, wardrobe and built in storage in room.

Bills include all the standard bits, council tax, Sky TV and House insurance.

We are both female, 24 and working in media. We're looking for two more housemates of a similar age who are clean, chilled out and sociable. No room dwellers please! We want people who will become friends, happy to chill out and chat after work or head out to the pub for a drink or 4.

Move in date is 2nd November.
