SoHo/Convent Garden double-room in a Mansion Flat

Double-room in the middle of Soho, Convent Garden and Trafalgar Sq with theatres and museums, China Town, Oxford St and New Bond St for high st shopping, and so much more at a 5-10”!

I’m looking for someone to take over my contract for my double 1 bedroom in Convent Garden - SoHo at £1295 pcm. Great price for the flat size and location in the most central area of London.

The 1 bedroom

There’s 2 closet with 2 shelves each and 5 drawers in total in 2 pieces of furniture.

Double-door wardrobe, and more storage also in the space above the gas-powered cylinder, that heats and stores hot water as a part of the central heating system.

Queen size bed and a small desk with chair is also included (not in the photos).

The flat

The flat is in a beautiful red-bricks Victorian Mansion of flats, high ceilings. Spacious kitchen and living room. The landlord said that in his 11 years of renting this flat everyone has found it very quiet.

The kitchen has 3 fridges and 1 Smeg fridge, oven, microwave, dual burner gas stoves cooktop (did you know that chefs prefer them to electric ones? There’s 2 electric stoves too without flames tho!)

The bathroom is separate from the bedroom (I was asked if it was “inside”: it’s not, nor it has access from the bedroom).

Some tenants dry their laundry in the living room, but it’s far from being a laundry or utility room, and it’s spacious.

Transport

Bus stops at the door steps, and less than 5 minutes commute to both Tottenham Court Rd and Leicester Sq tube station. Warren St and Euston tube close by too, as well as Embankment and Waterloo.

Eating

Large Sainsbury’s, Whole Foods and large Tesco all at about 10 minute walk. Plenty of artisanal food shops, restaurants and bars in Convent Garden, and in China Town, covering all the world cuisines.
