New Build 2 Bed 2 Bath, with Patio

Hello!

I'm looking for a flatmate to move in to a lovely brand new build 2 bedroom flat in West Hampstead borders (basically Cricklewood, but still...)

Big shared living room with 42" TV and PS4, for those who care about that sort of thing, and a sizeable patio too. WiFi is BT Infinity and comes with BT Sport.

Your room would be the 2nd bedroom which has a single bed and a big cupboard. The guest bathroom (with shower) is, in effect, your private bathroom.

6 minute walk to Cricklewood Thameslink; 12 minute walk to Kilburn underground (Jubilee zone 2); 5 minute bus (the C11 stops right outside the front door) or a 20 minute walk to West Hampstead underground.

Parking is available by permit from Camden Council.

I work in Film, so relatively long hours. I speak French and Italian, although both are a bit rusty! I try to get to the gym most/some days.
