Double room in great Crofton Park house

We have a double room becoming available in our shared house in Crofton Park (SE4). It's a lovely place - large living area, nice kitchen, two bathrooms, garden, on a quiet street - close to Crofton Park rail (just in Zone 3).

The room's a smallish sized double, but plenty of room for a double bed and some storage. There's also a built in cupboard. It's offered unfurnished.

I'm a 35 year old professional male and the other two housemates are in their mid twenties - one PhD student and another professional. We're all into similar stuff - cooking, occasional clubbing etc, and it would be nice to find someone with similar interests, but round the house we definitely respect our own space.

It's also worth mentioning that I'm a DJ so people sympathetic to Techno and House music would be most at home here. And you should also be tolerant of cats, as I have one.

It's important to us to keep the place tidy - we're not clean freaks, but our days of student squalor are firmly in the past! We do actually have a cleaner for the communal areas, which helps.

The landlady is insistent that we get another working professional, so I'm afraid we can't offer it to students, and no couples either I'm afraid.

Deposit is around £535 on top of the first month's rent (£390), plus £50 referencing upfront. Bills work out at around £65 a month at the moment.
