We have just had a lovely loft conversion done and are now looking for someone to move in - either full time or Monday-Friday. We are a family of four, with a 6 year old and a 1 year old (and 2 cats). We work in the public and charity sectors.
Our 4-bedroom house is recently decorated, in a quiet residential street, at the end of a terrace with a nice garden - with fruit trees. We are a 3 minute walk to Crofton Park train station (trains into Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross etc) and a 12 minute walk to Honor Oak Park Overground. Crofton Park and Honor Oak shops are a short walk away.
We are looking for a quiet, tidy, considerate person to stay in our family home. Monday-Friday lets would be £500 pcm.
