The room available is a large room with a king-sized bed, a big customized design wardrobe, a chair, a computer desk, a TV cabinet, and a centre table. You'll have access to an outside private patio garden. This room is available from 1st June 2024 and is priced at £1,200 per calendar month.

The room comes fully furnished and includes all bills, as well as hyper-optic broadband with fast speed (500MB), a big family bathroom with a bathtub, optional parking (extra rent applicable), and a fully furnished kitchen with a fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The location is fantastic, with the Crossharbour DLR right in front of the building, and bus connectivity to Stratford, Central London, and other parts of London. Canary Wharf is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Cineworld theatre is only 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by DLR. You'll also find ASDA and Tesco Supermarkets right on your doorstep, with pizza, coffee, and pubs just around the corner.
