1 double room to rent, fully furnished in a 2 bedroom house in Crystal Palace. Living with me the landlord. The house is a 10 minute walk from crystal palace station which gets you into central london in 20 to 30 mins, it has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as kitchen, living room and a small back garden (all shared). The kitchen has a washing machine and comes with utensils.
The rent including bills is £565 per month with internet and virgin TV. I am looking for a professional female housemate who is clean and tidy and will treat the house as their home, minimum length of stay is 3 months, contract term can be discussed, room is avaliable until November / December 2014.
