Two pals looking to buddy up

Searching for one or two friends or single people to join us in a new a house share in Hackney.

(Real housewives of Clapton enthusiasts- we are currently viewings places and have found a gawjus flat in Clapton but need a third person)

We've been living in Dalston for three years, but sadly our landlord is selling our flat and our current roommate (featured wearing the cat ears above) is moving to St Leonards.

We would ideally like to find a 3 or 4 bedroom house with a garden to move into around 3rd June. Our budget is £850-£1050 per person (excluding bills)

Since we've been making our flat a home, we've accumulated a fair amount of furniture so would ideally like somewhere unfurnished or part furnished. This includes sofa and armchairs, mirrors and sideboards and of course an abundance of house plants.

Current Housemates:

Vicky (33) Youth worker by day, (trainee counsellor by night) so I'm quite busy midweek, normally work in the office 2 or 3 days a week.

Jenn (32): Works in consultancy (normally WFH 3/4 days a week).

Kylo 🐈‍⬛: is Vicky's gorgeous cat. He is very friendly and playful. You don't need to be a cat person, but it would be great to find people who enjoy living with a pet. His food and litter trays will be kept in my room so shouldn't be too inconvenient.

As mates from uni, since hitting our 30s we think we've nailed the balance of wholesome vibes whilst still making the most of London living. We're fairly low key during the week, sometimes watching TV together on an evening and enjoy a house meal but still live pretty independent lives.

We're both book lovers so open to additions to the library - we currently have a cute reading corner set up in the flat. On a weekend you'll find us exploring London, in the pub and we both love going to gigs and festivals so very open to finding new pals to do activities with.

We would prefer to live with someone who identifies as she, they or gay ❤️.No toxic masculinity please and our home will be a safe space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC ❤️
