1 double bedroom in Dalston

Hello - Unfortunately one of our flat mates is moving, therefore we have a room available in our 3 bedroom Dalston flat/apartment from the 25th May.

The other two flat mates are Lindsay (28yrs old & Australian) and myself Ashleigh (31 yrs old & New Zealander), we are working professionals & both in the teaching field. We are ideally looking for another female working professional. The room comes furnished with a double bed, x2 set of drawers and wardrobe plus there is plenty of storage in the attic for suitcases etc. We share decent size bathroom and the kitchen & living is in one communal area.

The flat is in an amazing location, great for public transport and multiple cafes/restaurants near by. Dalston Junction & Dalston Kingsland are a 5/10min walk away and Canonbury & Highbury Islington station are also close by, as well as a number of bus stops right outside the apartment block.

Bills per month - £827 rent, £54 council tax, £13 wifi, water/electricity/gas are paid monthly or bimonthly and the total amount is calculated accordingly over the time frame. Anything else needed for the flat we put into a shared Splitwise account. TBC the deposit cost.

Overall Lindsay and myself are super easy going, out and about often, clean & tidy and enjoy the space in our flat - as we both work full time we respect each others schedules and have a low key flat vibe but also love a local pub outing etc 🙂
