Double room in a cosy flat in Dalston

Cosy and bright double room available in Dalston from mid-May until September.

Ideally I am looking for someone to sublet it the whole time, but open to discussing shorter/a little longer term sublets too (min 1 month).

The flat is right next to a community garden and an allotment(we also have a space in the allotment, which you can access if you like) at the centre of Dalston.

It is only 7 minutes walk from Dalston Kingsland and Daslton Junction stations. Whilst being super connected, it is located on a very peaceful and quiet side street. It is a bit of a gem. (<3)

It is a two bed flat. There is a spacious living room and a bright lovely kitchen. I love my home and am looking for someone who will show the same care and appreciation when I will be on and off in London.

I live with my sister. She s a counselor in her early thirties. We are into arts, music, psychology, politics, campaigning and outdoors, amongst many other things. We are sociable and also appreciate solo down time. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly.
