The bathroom is very spacious and there is also a skylight above the bed. I have laid down in the bed a few times and have not found the ceiling overbearing, but this won't be for everyone.
The studio will come furnished with bedding, towels, a duvet, plates, cups, and everything you need to cook a meal. Bills will remain in my name and will be rechargeable retrospectively - this is all bills including council tax, fibre broadband, gas, electric, and water. This will come to a max of around £250/month in winter but likely less, especially in summer.
For sake of ease, the apartment is £71/night plus bills, as well as a five week holding deposit to be repaid in full upon leaving.
