Double room in 4-bed house in Dalston with garden
Double room in 4-bed house in Dalston with garden. The house is on a quiet residential street just off Dalston Kingsland and a short walk to transport/bars/restaurants.
The three housemates you'll be sharing with have all lived together for three years and are incredibly friendly and considerate people.
Rent was agreed a couple years ago and so is very attractive at £750/month. This doesn't include any bills. Council tax is roughly £50 per person/month and broadband/other bills come to around £50 per person/month.
The rear garden is also a real bonus in the summer months.
One thing to note is that the property is currently for sale. The landlord must give at least two months notice to tenants if a sale is agreed.
It's important that I find someone who's a good fit for my housemates so if interested, please send a message explaining a little about yourself quoting the text 'QWERT24' so that I know you've read this far.
