My friend Rachel and I are looking for two absolute legends to come and join us in our 4 bedroom Dalston house. We are two 25/26 y. o. working professionals from Australia (Paul moved in July 2023, Rachel in Feb 2024). We're both friendly, social, and love being active (running & swimming namely, so big ups if you can help us get more kudos's on strava).

The bedrooms that are available are the 2 front (north-eastern facing) rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors - see floorplan attached. Both are really decently sized with space for a desk with lots of natural light. Both come furnished with a bed and a wardrobe.

There's also a kitchen/living room, lots of storage space, an outdoor space, two toilets and a shared bathroom.

📍The flat is 8 mins walk from Hackney Downs and 14 mins walk from Dalston Kingsland. Located near London Fields and also Hackney Downs park.

🗓️ The room is available from 2nd May. The contract is until May 2025 with the option of a 6 months break clause.

💻Work from home/hybrid or in the office is fine. The room can fit a proper desk if you fancy buying one 😊

The rent is £950 per month excluding bills for both rooms. Deposit will be 5 weeks rent.
