Spacious ensuite in a new stylish house/Dalston

Hey,

We have a nice en-suite available in Dalston. The room comes with a bathroom, double bed, bed side table, and a huge build-in wardrobe and all fashionably furnished.

Its a 5 bedroom house (one of which is a very convenient guest bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen including a huge fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all appliances needed. The house has 3 bathrooms (an ensuite, one upstairs and a brand new one downstairs, all with shower and toilet). We have a sexy gold leather couch in the living room which may inspire you to sing 80s disco songs while no one is at home along with a 10 seater dining table. We tend to have bbq parties in our 20sqm garden.

Dalston is a great place to live with lots of Cafes, Bars, Restaurants and Clubs in the neighbourhood. There is a big Sainsbury's in walking distance. Great connection, buses everywhere, on the Overground, 20 min to the City, half an hour to Central London, 10 min to Shoreditch. London Fields is a less than 5 min walk.

Housemates:
Currently we are two people in the house (and looking for 2 more flatmates): Ipek, 27 year old Turkish girl working in finance, and Yigit, 28 year old Turkish guy, teaching at an art school and writing up his PhD. We are both professionals, quite friendly, fun to hang out with, enjoying a glass of wine at night (or more), brunch on Sundays and loving to explore what London has to offer.

You:
We are looking for a nice and friendly professional male who likes to hang out with his flatmates every now and then and treats the house with respect. Preferably, moving in with their big pile of books.

(No couples, sorry)

Bills are not included. It will add up to approx. 90GBP a month for internet, weekly cleaner (who changes our sheets as well), water + gas, council tax, etc.
