Two flatmates for new flat rental in De Beauvoir

We’re Zara (24) and Yael (23), moving into a four-bedroom flat in Haggerston this June 1st. We are looking to share this flat with two other female/ non-binary/ queer working (not students) people that are looking for somewhere more of a home than just a flat share.

As we haven't moved in yet we can't offer viewings to everyone, but before we finalise we can chat to the current housemates to organise a viewing.

Details About the Flat:
Furnished flat located on the 2nd floor in De Beauvoir Estate.
Open plan kitchen and living room, lots of storage throughout. Small balcony.
One full bathroom upstairs, plus an extra toilet downstairs.
Equipped with a washing machine (no dryer or dishwasher).
Two rooms available: one downstairs for £825 and one upstairs for £845.
We plan to share home bits such as oil/ seasonings/ laundry detergent etc.
We want to keep the flat relatively clean, we can work out together how we do this when we move in.
We don’t know how much the bills will be yet but as it’s a flat we’re confident it will be reasonable. Council tax band D (£39/month/flatmate)
Bike hangar with Hackney council close by with potential storage.

Zara: Works in renewable energy. Loves playing sports, outdoor activities, and knitting.
Yael: Currently in healthcare PR. Passionate about sports, sewing, and food.

Offer for New Roommates:
The move-in day is fixed for June 1st, you must pay deposit and rent for this date but you can choose to move in later.
A year-long lease with the landlord after ID, payslip, and proof of address checks.
We're looking for roommates who work at least on a hybrid basis.
