Looking for someone to take my spot in this beautiful 4-bed semi-detached home just off De Beauvoir Square. You'll be joining 2 women and 1 guy in their early thirties. We're a friendly, chilled household and like to spend time together as well as doing our own thing. Everyone is a professional, hybrid working, in jobs across user research, charity, and scientific research.

We are right next to Dalston, a short walk from the canal or transport that would take you anywhere you’d want to go. We also have a massive garden, complete with a palm tree!

Potentially you: No couples, pets, DJs, cokeheads, full-time students. Male/NB preferred between 28-35 and non-smoker (at least never in the house).

The Room: - First-floor bedroom at the back of the house (quiet road anyway). Has a lovely window overlooking the green garden with lots of afternoon sunlight.

The House:
- 2 stories
- 2 bathrooms (shared one between 2)
- Loads of natural light - Cleaner that comes every 2 weeks
- Garden overgrown for now but will get the love and attention it deserves
- Exterior covered cycle storage
- Brand new washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher
- Huge back garden with patio and BBQ
- Stable Wi-Fi
- Roof terrace for beers in the summer (needs some love)
- Resident parking on street out front with Hackney council
- The room comes unfurnished but the tenant has a bed he’d like to sell. Bed has 6 drawers and is perfect for storing all clothes freeing up wall space for other things (see pics)

-5 mins walk to Dalston, 10 min walk to Haggerston

Financials:
- Bills: £120 +/- £10 a month (including cleaner)
- Deposit: £795 (held in the government protected scheme) with a £50 fee for re-assigning the lease
