We are looking for a tidy and easy going person to take over the room as our flatmates Francesco is moving out on 17th June.
Our flat is on the upper floor of a building and made by 2 en-suite bedrooms, 2 smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom ( you will only share the bathroom with one person), storage space, kitchen, a cosy living room and a balcony.

The room will be available from the 17th June. It comes fully furnished with carpet, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.


Located in a quiet area only 6 minutes walk from Denmark Hill Station and 10 minutes from Camberwell Green, this place is very well connected by train and buses. The area is full of pubs, restaurants and parks within easy walking distance and very close to Peckham, Kings College Hospital, Camberwell Arts School and Brixton.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 other professionals- myself (Lavinia) working in NHS, Lidia who is a project manager and a third guy who is a doctor.
