Huge double room for couple, Denmark Hill station

Hello!
We have a spacious double room available from 20th of August for a couple or one person. The room comes fully furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawer, shelves etc. and has direct access to a garden. We also provide all the bedding for you.

The house has 2 bathrooms, and lots of storage in the kitchen.

Our kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc. The house has two bathrooms. It is all kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes around once a week to clean all the communal areas. Please note, we don't have a living room.

The house would be ideally suited to young professionals and to students here to further improve their education and/or work experience. We are looking for people who would appreciate living in a well decorated, tidy and clean house.

We are next to Kings Collage hospital and Denmark Hill station and just short 10 minute bus ride from Elephant Castle. The bus stop is within 2 minutes of our front door and there you would have at least 5 choices of buses going to Central London via Elephant Castle tube station (Zone 1). There are also several night buses from this stop.

Rent:
Double room for couple £209per week.
Double room for one person: £199 per week.
It includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), wireless broadband Internet and cleaner. There are no other hidden charges in the weekly rent.

Deposit: 2 week's rent.

We only ask for two weeks’ notice if you decide to move out.
