2 double rooms in Deptford w/balcony - long term

Hi!

I'm Gabriel and am currently on the lookout for 2 new housemates to join me in my wonderful Deptford flat (my brother and his gf are moving to a new place).

I work in the creative industry as a video producer. I mainly WFH (but in reality this is going to cafes/bookshops etc.) and I'm off travelling for work every 3 months for a week or two at a time.

When I'm around London I enjoy running about town going to pubs, seeing live music, watching films and hopping about on walks (think Real Housewives of Clapton, but South-East London style).

I really enjoy sharing a house being a communal thing and value spending quality time with flatmates - cooking together, going to the pub, generally hanging out. If you'd be up for having a housewarming party, then that's an added bonus!

Having said that, I also enjoy quieter times just hanging out watching films/reading/knitting (lol) or attempting to grow plants + veg on our balcony.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 with an an ensuite (mine), 2 double rooms, 2 other bathroom toilets and a beautiful upstairs open plan kitchen/living area including a balcony. Storage is limited in these rooms but I have lots of inbuilt storage in my room and would be more than happy to share that space. An old housemate also got a wardrobe that she put on the landing - happy to do this again.

The upstairs is decked out with art, kitchen ware, mid century sideboard, projector, record player/hifi, keyboard and bookshelf so already feels very homely but I'm always up for switching it about!

Location wise, it's sick. Deptford High Street is 2 mins walk away and has a load of bars, pubs, small plates restaurants, music venues + a great flea market on the weekend. If you are feeling fancier, Greenwich is a 10 min walk away. Transport wise, Deptford Rail station is 6 min walk away, there are buses to London Bridge outside the door, nearest overground is about a 15 min walk and 10 mins towards Greenwich is the DLR. Also the Dog and Bell pub round the corner is maybe one of the best in London...
