Hi,

Due to relocation up north, I am having to move out of this lovely room.

The house is a really good size with a huge living area and kitchen. The room is completely furnished and comes complete with a desk, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.

The room is £660 per month, and bills normally come to around £90 a month.

Located directly next to Deptford Park, it has good transport links - it's a ten minute walk from surrey quays station, and there's buses departing every few minutes to Surrey Quays station (5 mins), Canada Water station(8 mins), Shoreditch etc.

The house is sharing with two very friendly housemates, two young professional ladies, one is a dentist and the other works in travel. We like to go out for dinner together, and also have chilled nights watching dvd's. We are very considerate, and the house is kept clean.
