Mature Student House Share. Please READ first!

Large single/small double room in ground floor 2 bedroom maisonette offered by a mature undergraduate with industrial injuries reading Anthropology & Philosophy at Oxford Brookes to a mature & understanding person. I am interested & interesting with an open mind. I like discovering new things & spending time with other eclectc people. I have a border colllie/labrador cross dog & 3 cats who form a big part of my home & family.

The house has front & back gardens & the room is furnished with loft bed, 2 chests of drawers, a sofa bed & bookshelves. Full house share offered. Rent is low as assistance around the house (general housework & shopping) & with walking my dog twice daily are required due to my injuries. Washing machine & dishwasher installed & working. Help with these duties will be given via the assistance of a trustworthy friend who will visit every other day & the help required is no more than would be needed in any other home.

Council Tax - £95 per month (For non students only - please do not ask to work around this by paying cash)

Parking permit - £10 per year
