Waterfront flat - furnished ensuite room

This is a 2 bed 2 bath flat, renting out the ensuite room for 4 weeks as I'm travelling - 1 july to 28 July for £1400 inclusive of all bills. Huge balcony, views of the waterside and cable car. Room has a double bed, work table and chair, cupboard space.
7 mins walk to West Silverstown station, 9 mins to Royal Victoria, 20 mins to Elizabeth line Custom house. Restaurants nearby, tesco 7 mins away.
Vegetarian household, so preferred a vegetarian. Need someone who is very tidy and clean, respectful. A couple lives in the other room, We are a quiet group, no parties, smoking etc.
The apartment is entered using fob, no conceirge.
1 disclaimer is that the apartment is undergoing renovation so there will be scaffolding outside and the balcony deck will be replaced.
