Double room for rent - council tax band E

We are looking for a new lodger to rent our spare room. The room for rent is a double room, furnished, with a view of canary wharf. The property has two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a balcony with river view, and a fully functioning kitchen complete with dishwasher.

We are ideally looking for someone who is friendly, easy going, tidy, and who loves dogs. We have two dogs, both are well behaved, sweet, and will insist on greeting you at the door when you come home. Because we have two dogs already we are unable to accept applicants with pets, even though we would love to.

We are a couple who enjoy cooking, dog walks, martial arts, going out to eat, movies, and Gogglebox.

The atmosphere in the flat is laid back, light, warm and friendly, we would like to find someone who fits with that vibe. We don't allow smoking inside the property, but have no problem if you want to smoke on the balcony.

We are less than 5 minutes walk away from East India DLR station, and a 10 - 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf.
