I am looking for a lodger for my two bedroom flat in London Docklands. The flat has been recently decorated and furnished so is in excellent condition. All the furniture is brand new and provided for the room.

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. It also has an extended balcony area that extends along the entire flat, with a portion of the roof terrace even fenced off to allow space for outdoor furniture. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite for my bedroom so the other bathroom is effectively an ensuite bathroom for this room as no one else will be using it, except possibly any visitors.

The best part about this flat is undoubtedly the stunning panoramic views of the O2 and Canary Wharf. This is a west-facing flat so gets plenty of light as the days goes on and the sun comes across the sky, making it perfect for use in the Summer!

I am looking for someone who is going to be a pleasant, tidy housemate that is willing to socialise a bit, ideally someone who keeps themselves busy and isn't a shut-in. No pets or smokers please. Provisions can also be made for a lodger who needs space to work from home.

This building comes with a gym, a concierge and a communal roof terrace. Your portion of the service charge for these is covered by the rent payment so there is no additional cost for these!

Bills are estimated to cost between 100 GBP and 120 GBP which includes Electricity (No Gas usage), Water, Band E Council Tax and Super-fast 1gbps Fibre optic WiFi.
