Double room in a friendly houseshare

Hello! We have a double room up for grabs in a 4 bedroom house in West Ealing from beginning of June (move in date that be discussed according to needs).

The house is located on a quiet residential street, a few minutes from the highstreet with amazing local cafes, restaurants and parks connected to Ealing Broadway, overall an incredbly safe area. Both West Ealing Station (Elizabeth Line/ Rail) and Northfields Station (Piccadilly Line) are within a 10-15min walk with a train to Bond Street in 18 mins and Liverpool Street in 26 from West Ealing Station.

The home is very peaceful with a large livingroom, kitchen space and backgarden for any BBQ needs. You will be sharing with 3 professional woman - we enjoy movie nights together but also respect each others privacy. We are looking for likeminded, considerate housemates who will treat this place as their home.

All rooms come with a bed (mattress will be provided) and a wardrobe. Bills (gas, electricity, water, tv licence, broadband) are included. Council tax (band E) to be paid separately - currently around £50 per person.

There is an initial £100 holding deposit to secure the room while the landlord checks references - this will be later used as a part of your room deposit which is one month base rent.
