This Small single room, has a small double bed in, is available
for a few days a week on a mon- Fri basis only-NOT 7 days , the room is only available for a female, as other sharer is me, female ( owner), would be like having a flat of your own, as I only sleep there, as I'm out at all other times, with living room, bathroom, kitchen with washer/dryer, micro etc. small garden, ground floor,7 mins walk earlsfield station,(which is 12 minutes to Waterloo) and also bus stops direct to St georges hospital, 10 minutes walk to wimbledon park or Southfield's tube, bus to Wimbledon or clapham junction/vauxhall and night bus from Trafalgar square only metres from the front door, lots of green spaces, shops, takeaways locally. I'm a friendly, easy going ,young at heart 55 year old outright owner of the property. Room available for 1-5 nights per week, from £300 per month minimum ( for 2 nights, more for up to 5), very flexible, extra/different/fewer days can be arranged
