We have a large double room in our flat share. The flatmates are professional, chilled and looking for someone friendly for the flat.

The flat is well furnished and is 4 minutes walk from Earlsfield station, so it is ideally located. There is a gym and a park about minutes’ walk away and shops nearby.

Southside shopping centre is within walking distance.

The flat comes with wireless broadband. It is clean and tidy with modern cutlery, crockery and furniture. There is a storage room for bags and bikes as well.

Earlsfield is well located for access to Waterloo (13 minutes), Clapham Junction, Victoria, Southfields (for Wimbledon tennis) and bus routes to nearby Tooting and Putney.
The room is for one person only, so no couples or sharers please.

Rent includes all bills and totals £800 pcm (including a regular cleaner). Landlord had planned to increase the rent to £875 after I left (Cozzy crisis 🙃) but managed to sweet talk him so saving £75 a month! Deposit is 5 weeks rent and will require a holding deposit of £125. Only extra cost is £40 towards council tax. Honestly sad to let this room go amazing value but I've been here 5 years.
