Room available in my 2-bed flat!

I’m looking for a lodger/flatmate to join me in my 2-bed flat on Tranmere Road, Earlsfield. Open to something shorter term for the summer or longer term on a more rolling basis.

It’s a lovely flat with a big reception room at the front with comfy sofas and a 50 inch tv (Sky Sports and TNT Sports included so great for football/rugby/F1 watching!), good bathroom (with bath/shower combo), large kitchen (with dishwasher and washer/dryer, Nespresso machine etc) and a bright garden at the back. I moved in in August (so a few bits of furniture still to be added!) and love Earlsfield - it’s super buzzy and has great Transport connections (we’re 5 mins walk from Earlsfield Station, which gets you to Vauxhall in 8 mins and Waterloo in 13 mins). Lots of fun stuff to do around the area too - Tooting Broadway Market is a particular favourite!

The room comes with a small (4ft) double bed with great Ottoman storage underneath, a chest of drawers, bedside table and happy to have a chat about getting a small desk in too.

A bit about me I guess..! I’m a young professional working as a lawyer in the West End (although work from home a couple of days a week). I love playing/watching sport (play a fair bit of cricket, squash, golf and cycle and always up for watching sport in the flat or at the pub!), good food/films/tv. I work reasonably long hours and am usually out and about a few evenings a week but looking for a flatmate who is sociable, tidy and who enjoys hanging out/making the most of all Earlsfield has to offer!

£950/month (with Virgin WI-FI/TV package included). Bills on top (share of Water/Electricity/Gas) plus council tax (Band D) + cleaner. Deposit £950.
