Beautiful House in Earlsfield

Hi all,

Toby and I are currently looking for a new housemate to join us in our ground-floor flat in Earlsfield.

We are a 10-minute walk from the train station and are a ground-floor flat which means we are fortunate to have a garden behind the house.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the house, watching films, gym, going out to the pub and activities/sports events, however, we also understand that everyone needs their own space.

The rent is £860 a month plus bills. Bills are normally around £100 a month which includes wifi, water, council tax, gas and electricity.
