We're looking for a new housemate in East Finchley to join our 4 bedroom flat. The room is priced at £567pcm and bills are currently ~£120pcm (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet and TV). We have a washing machine and dishwasher. The main bathroom is shared between the 3 downstairs rooms.

Current housemates include Emily, Alex & Simon. The flat is large and spread over two floors.

There’s a very spacious living room upstairs with comfy sofas and a dining table, plus space to chill out or work from home if required.

We have super fast (1GB/s) fibre broadband and a 50 inch smart tv in our living room.

We're a 6 minute walk to the Northern line, 5 minutes to the High Road (with a local Sainsbury’s, Iceland, restaurants and pubs) and the house is situated on a quiet residential road.

We're also a short bus journey or 20 minute walk to Muswell Hill, Alexandra Palace and Highgate Village (great pubs!). Hampstead Heath is also about 15 minutes away.

The rent is paid directly to the landlord. We’re ideally looking for someone to move in on 2nd May
