Have a lovely single room in a flat in East Finchley north London. Looking for someone clean. Tidy. Respectful of other house mates. Someone who is looking for a chilled place to live. The room is an available from 8th June. I’m preferably looking for someone for around 3 months, happy with shorter and very flexible with Length of stay and vieiwings. Easy Finchley is a beautiful area. Has lots of woods and parks. Highgate woods is literally a few mins walk from the flat. The northern line tube is only a few mins walk. Choice of stations. East Finchley and Highgate. There is also a bus stop only a couple mins walk away that will take you directly to Tottenham Court Road. If you are someone who is friendly but yet independent. Just looking for something till you find something permanent or even looking for a place to stay for a few months This room would suit someone who is looking to unwind from a days work or studying in the madness of London and come and home and chill. Basically not a party house at all! £780 pcm all bills included deposit £350 The flat has three ladies living there. All professionals. There is one bathroom and a separate Wc. Please note there is no living room at this property it would suit someone professional or studying that wants a quiet calm place to come home to after a long days work etc
