Cozy double bed room in a renovated character flat

I'm looking for a young easy going considerate professional to join my other tenant in a purpose build flat in beautiful Hampstead Garden Suburb area. The room fits a double a bed or can be used as a large single bed. The window overlooks woods with no sign of city in your sight, almost you need to remind yourself that you are not living in the woods!

The flat has been just refurbished and painted. it also benefits from a beautiful parquet flooring. Also we just finished fitting a new bath room.

The flat has a sizeable living room and there is a big balcony where you can enjoy for breakfast coffee or BBQ ceremonies!

Transport:
you've 102 stopping at door step that will take you either to Golders green or East Finchley station. If fancy walking the station is 15 minutes away. The building has a private parking.

Neighbourhood:
next to Market Place , you have all sort of shops nearby from off-license to florist to dentist to bakery to dry cleaner to pub .....
The building is next to a Lyttelton Playing fields and Northway gardens ideal place for jogging , playing tennis , relaxing ....

Flatmates:
i'm very careful to pick who lives in the flat and its my high priority to make sure people living there are enjoying their time.

Wifi available.
Its expected that you are tidy/clean and respect your flatmates.
* The flat has been renovated recently and for now there is a single bed that converts to a double bed. I'm happy to change it to a fixed size double bed.
