Looking for one flat-mate for a fully-furnished, extra-large and airy double room (15x12 ft).

The place is on the ground floor of a converted house with a front and back garden and it's a 6-8 minute walk from East Finchley tube on the Northern Line and 2 minutes from local buses.

I'm Peter, work as a web-developer, live an easy-going life-style, have 2 lazy cats and prefer Radio 3 to Radio 1. I'm looking for a non-smoker/non-vaper, professional, who is considerate and able to respect my privacy but happy to share the occasional drink.

The room gets great morning light, has a large bay window and looks out to the front garden looked after by Mrs Madrigal upstairs. It has original features, and includes an oak double bed and mattress, sofa, TV, desk, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, bookshelves, ample storage, etc.

The flat has super-fast broadband, ethernet connections and extended wi-fi. It's comfortably furnished with a small living room, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen, and leads out into a back garden ideal for relaxing summer evenings and BBQs.

The area is well connected to the West End and the City, very close to Muswell Hill, with local facilities including gyms, the Phoenix and Everyman cinemas, Highgate Wood, Queens Wood and Cherry Tree Wood.

The monthly rent includes all bills for electricity, gas, council tax, water, TV, high-speed broadband and essential house supplies. The room is available from late February.

You're welcome to hang your own pictures on the wall, and arrange the room to your liking.
You'll need your own bedding, towelling, etc.
On-street parking with resident's permit is available, at your cost.
