The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also space under the bed for additional storage. You're welcome to put things up on the walls and personalize it how you'd like.

You will have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom, which is large and has recently been fully refurbished.

The kitchen has all mod cons such as washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. No need to bring any extra kitchen gear (unless you want to) as the kitchen is fully kitted out.

There is a large lounge/diner (5mx5m at largest points) with tv, large corner sofa, and 6 person dining table. The flat also has BT Infinity fibre broadband.

There is a lot of unallocated parking in the private road which the development sits in. The flat is about a 15 minute walk to the station or a 5 minute bus ride from the stop 5 minutes walk away. East Finchley is on the Northern Line, 5 stops to Camden and 7 stops to Kings Cross. The cinema, pool, gym and bowling complex is about 10 minutes walk away. East Finchley high street has a selection of independent shops and restaurants, as well as couple of nice pubs and an independent cinema.

We are a couple who work in finance and events. We are both pretty quiet people although do entertain at the flat from time to time. Obviously you would be welcome to have friends and family to visit.

Peter works in Paris during the week, only returning at weekends, so it would just be you and Madeleine in the flat during the week.
