I have a single room available in a 3 bedroom flat share in East Finchley. The flat is a 10 min away from East Finchley tube, 2 min from busses (143, 263, N20) & local amenities.

The room is a single room, it is nice and light. There is a single bed, bedside table, shelves and a build in wardrobe. There is also storage in the hall which is shared and concealed.

The current flatmates are 2 easy going professionals (2 girls) in their twenties. We are looking for either a male or female who would like to be part of our flat share. We tend to all do our own thing in the flat as everyone is quite busy but it's a very friendly and welcoming flat to live in.

The flat has a large living room and a separate kitchen. There is a good sized hall too and separate bathroom and toilet. The flat feels spacious and there is a lot of flat for your money. There is also a balcony which is great coming into the summer months.

The flat is 15 minutes on the bus from Muswell hill, close to lots of green areas such as Cherry Wood and Highgate Wood. There is a cinema a bus ride away and East Finchley is on the Northern line so very accessable.

Move in date is 27-28th June but could be kept until mid July.

The contract is until December when it can either be renewed or not.
