The people
Hello, we're Will and Ellie...East Finchley's answer to finding the perfect housemates, looking for someone we get along with we're also hoping to get a balance of our own space. I'm (Ellie) a primary school teacher and Will works in market research.

The house
Very beautiful with attractive features. Includes a living room, open plan dining and breakfast room including "breakfast bar" style feature.
Lovely garden with decking and a treetop platform for sun-bathing.
Street parking in a very safe area.
Local cafe and convenience store a stones throw away.
Bathroom with shower plus a separate downstairs toilet...very handy!
Spare single bedroom which is handy for laundry.

The room
Unfurnished. Please note you will need to provide your own furniture for this room.
Double size room, will comfortably fit a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.
At the back of the house with a window looking onto the garden.

The deal
£590 per month
all broadband, Sky TV, water, gas and electricity, council tax set up coming to approximately £150 per month.

The person
We're looking for either a male or female, professional who is reasonably clean and tidy. We're easy going and love to have fun but not keen on crazy late parties or noisy housemates. We would like someone who will be around for a chat, maybe a drink here or there in the evenings but most importantly someone who will feel comfortable to call our home their home.
We are open to a couple moving in but the rent will be different in price.
