The house is located on East End Road, 5 mins walk to East Finchley (Northern Line) station and shops on the high street. There are buses on East End Road as well (night buses also).

Parking in the nearby streets is restricted only between 2pm to 3pm otherwise it's free to park. There is free parking on some streets as well.

All bills and broadband included.

Cleaning is additional 10gbp per month per person (a lady is cleaning for us every 2 weeks, meanwhile everybody maintains a clean environment).

*Rent for two 180GBP per week; 720GBP per month

The room is massive for UK standards and the price is absolutely reasonable for the size of the room. Whoever takes it will be happy to live there.

I am looking for clean, tidy, reliable and trustworthy professional who respect others private space and will be happy to share a glass of wine over a nice talk every now and again. There is a nice pub in the area as well as other places for socializing and having fun together when we have the time.
