Heya, whoever you may be, I’m looking find a roommate to rent my spare bedroom in an honestly pristinely kept ground floor flat.
10 min walk away from Upton Park station, and 10 minute walk away to Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, the Gym, and a million corner shops.
The room is partially furnished, there is a single bed and built in wardrobe, a desk and a set of drawers.
The only catch is that I live in the living room/ kitchen but due to my job I am out the house for the majority of the day from 8am and even earlier so you’ll have plenty of time to use it and I honestly do not care if you cook while I’m there and as I am a chef we can co-op!
The property has a bath and shower separately so you can use either.
I’m honestly very chill with whatever lifestyle or pets you may have as long as you are clean and respect the house in general.
The property is very well insulated and I haven’t had to turn on the radiators since I moved in two years ago.
