Single: £600 per month / Couples £800 per month - Please note we do not require a deposit but do require the First and Last Months Payment, and we would require 1 months notice if you would like to move out.

Share with Gay Couple and 1 other male. We are all working professionals (Makeup Artist/Teacher and Makeup School business owner, Hospitality worker) and we all live a fairly quiet life when not working.

Tube: District, Hammersmith & City Line

Buses: 20 mins bus to Stratford or Canning Town

Must be reliable, all household bills & council tax included. Plus we have a cleaner that comes 3-4 times per month.

Must like dogs (we have two small dogs).

Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe and TV.

On Street Resident Parking available, Must apply for a FREE Permit.

Fast Broadband and SKY TV (You will be given access to the SKY TV Channels via SkyGo App on your own computer/iPad, etc).

Nice room - light and bright.

Short Note Re:
Tinder/Grindr etc, while we have no objection to these apps this is our home and as a safety and security factor we do not want our housemates to have people over that they have randomly met on these apps or in general.

We are also a 100% Drug Free household and expect the same from our new housemates. Smokers are OK but must smoke outside (not in the house).
