Spare double room available, 1-3 days a week Monday to Thursday. Labrador dog also in the flat so would need to like a dog around!

Lovely 2 bed flat in the sort after street of Schubert Road, only c.4min walk to East Putney tube, and c.8min walk to the overground station.

The room has a double bed, bedside table and lamp and rail to hang clothes. The lounge is shared with myself and my over friendly yellow Labrador. There’s a small bathroom with bath and shower over, and a kitchen with oven and hob ( no microwave I’m afraid!).

I’m a 40 yr old female, small business owner, looking to be smart about the space I have available.

Looking for someone to informally rent a room 1-3 nights a week, min of a month and a months notice. Terms require payment for the month ahead and 2 weeks as a deposit.
