Me and my partner Ana are unfortunately leaving this nice house in East Putney. The house has a living room and a big garden where you can enjoy a lot on the summer that is coming soon. The suburb is very chill, safe and green .You can find anything you need in one or two blocks like 4 diferent supermarkets, lots of shops from diferent types, bars, restaurants and gyms. Wandsworth Park is just a few minutes by walking where you can enjoy the view of the Tamisa's River.

This is the price for single occupancy (220/pw). For a couple the rent increase to 260/pw. The rooms has a good size for a couple, with wardrobe and enough place to storage.

All bills included in the price, including a cleaner that comes once week.
