A room becomes available in Mara House flat located in the lovely neighborhood of East Village. The flat is situated next to Queen Victoria Park and is close to Stratford International and Westfield

The flat is currently occupied by two friendly 25 and 29-year-old females, one of whom is a finance professional and the other is a law professional. The available bedroom comes with a comfortable double (queen) bed. There is a spacious bathroom with a bath-shower that is shared with only one female. The flat also has a kitchen, living room and an outside terrace balcony. The flat is equipped with a washer-dryer and a dishwasher

The rental contract is managed by Get Living, the company that administers all properties in East Village. They require a new tenant to provide references and earn a minimum of 30k per year salary

Monthly cost for the room is £974.24 rent + bills. Bills max £100/150 per month so all in total around £1100. The room cost is the least expensive in the flat as its the smallest of all but it is still quite spacious. The move-in date is 27th June or alternatively 27th July
