Bright double room available in the East Village

Looking for a new flatmates to join me in a lovely flat share in the East Village. I've lived in the flat for a few years and my current flatmates are moving on to new horizons at the end of our lease (we haven't fallen out I promise!).

The flat:

The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / living room that is very bright and looks over the pedestrianised part of the East Village. There is a large "winter garden" (covered balcony) that has a great indoor outdoor feel. The kitchen is well equipped and the flat comes with a washer / dryer and new(ish) boiler.

We are located right in the heart of the Olympic Park - 5 mins from Stratford International and 10 mins walk from Stratford Station. Westfield is right on your doorstep for shopping and key amenities.

The bedroom:
- Comes with a chest of drawers and large three door wardrobe. All furniture included except mirror, desk, desk chair and white shelves.
- Shared bathroom with one other person (me).
- Could be available from early bathroom if desired

The flatmates:

I am a Civil Servant based out of Westminster. I actually love being in the office so am there most days, but occasionally work from home.

My soon to be other flatmate is an Accountant working out of Wapping.

We both keep ourselves pretty busy with hobbies and meeting up with friends, but are very friendly housemate and after someone with the same vibe. Always game for a chat in the kitchen, watching movies in the living room or exploring the local bars and brunch spots!

Bills and council tax:

- Council tax Band D (roughly £46 per person a month)
- Water, electricity and heating tend to come to around £75 a month
- Wifi is included
